SCHEDULE ARRIVAL – CHECK-IN: Rooms can be occupied between 4:00 p.m. and 09:00 p.m., for arrival after 09:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. a charge of 7 €, will be applied, until 11:00 p.m. a charge of 15 €, arrivals after 11:00 p.m. aren’t accepted.
DEPARTURE – CHECK-OUT: Rooms must be vacated by 10:00 a.m.on the day of departure, except particolar agreements to take at the booking (anyway we can put your luggages in a close room for the rest of the day but without any responsibility). After 10:00 a.m. the room not vacated will be charged by instalments of 30% of the room price.
After 02:00 p.m. there is the charge of an additional overnight stay.
BREAKFAST: Breakfast is served in the common room at the time established the previous day and, anyway, between 08:00 a.m. and 9:30 a.m.
BEHAVIOUR RULES At any hour, inside the structure,,behaviours, activities, games and use of devices that disturb the other guests must be avoided, and especially after 10:00 p.m..
Childre must be always accompanied by an adult. Adults are liable for the behaviour of the minors entrusted to them.
Rooms and the lodge must be used by the guests only, unknown people’s entrance, in particular in the rooms, isn’t allowed,otherwise the cost of the extra person will be charged to you..
SMOKING IN THE STRUCTURE AND IN THE ROOMS IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN, THANK YOU!
Euro 20,00 charge for extra cleaning/laundry will be applied to people who will not respect such ban .
CAR PARK
The car park isn’t monitored, the hotel can’t be held liable for any cars damages or thefts.
Please park cars properly in order to allow to other people to park, enter and exit.
ROOMS In the room you will find everything you need: towels, blankets, pillows and so on.
For any necessity don’t esitate to talk to the landlords who will do the possible to satisfy you.
We change linen ( you find it clean at the beginning of your stay) every 3/4 days.
The room cleaning will be done if vacated by 10:00 a.m., otherwise you will find the room as you left it.
Eating or preparing meals in the rooms is forbidden.
Please don’t leave valuables unattended inside the room.We can’t be held liable for objects, personal belongings thefts ad so on.
Please note that in case of loss or damage to keys you will be charged the cost of Euro 120,00.
